These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and okay panalo ("the Platform," "we," or "us"). okay panalo employs SSL encryption across all sessions to protect data transmitted between your device and the platform. However, you are responsible for the security of the device and network connection you use to access the platform.

All financial transactions on the okay panalo platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No other currency is accepted or used at any stage of the deposit, wagering, or withdrawal process.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine e-wallets, bank transfer, and local online banking. Specific payment options are subject to availability and may vary over time. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals are processed to the same Philippine payment method used for deposits. okay panalo reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any verification requirements.

okay panalo does not accept deposits or payments via credit cards or cryptocurrency for betting or gaming purposes. Any attempt to fund an account through these methods will not be processed.

Funds deposited into your okay panalo account are held for gaming purposes and do not accrue interest. okay panalo does not act as a financial institution, and your account balance should not be treated as a savings vehicle.

All bets placed through the Bet and Betting sections of the platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or event in question, as published on the platform at the time of wagering. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Bets are not valid until they have been confirmed by the platform and a confirmation reference has been issued. odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet — okay panalo will not honour verbal or assumed agreements about odds that differ from those confirmed on screen.

okay panalo reserves the right to void any bet where:

• A palpable error in odds has occurred (e.g., odds significantly misquoted due to a technical error).
• The relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended and not resumed within a qualifying period.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity, match manipulation, or collusion.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or any specific market rules.

Game results produced by certified random number generators (RNG) in slots and other electronic games are final. okay panalo does not offer refunds or reversals on the basis of dissatisfaction with a legitimate game outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okay panalo platform and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other system to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or unintended features of the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials or false identification.
• Attempting to access another player's account or manipulate another player's experience on the platform.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering based on non-public information.
• Creating multiple accounts or acting as a proxy for another player who is excluded or suspended.
• Any other activity that okay panalo reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or its players.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okay panalo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform or any game or betting feature.
• Losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including the decision to place a bet or continue playing.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to protect their credentials.
• Any reliance on information, promotions, or communications that contain errors.
